The title says it all.
I am from Portugal and I’ve done my fair amount of research on the topic and I do know that not all countries are elegible to redeem these tokens.
I still do watch the owl stream regardless, because I find it purely entertaining and educative as a overwatch player.
But my real question is why can’t all coutries redeem them?

There was a post on the US forums that has an official response from a Blizz employee. It might help shed some light further in to the issue.
