Support can’t heal through walls. Most people in my games who complain at the lack of heals are usually in locations that are impossible to either reach or heal without dying on the way.
If to heal you a support needs to move across an open area where they could get one-tapped and the rest of your team is in more sensible places, you are just out of position.
If you get jumped by the entire enemy team, no amount of healing/suzu/immortality field can save you.
yeah 100% this. Literally every dmg player whining about getting no heals tends to charge into the enemies alone 10 km ahead and make sure they are out of line of sight of the healers the whole time.
