[Workshop] Mercy - Mobile Resurrect (no movement penalties, use weapons and abilities, longer cast time)

This is an idea I’ve had for a while, unfortunately the Workshop does not currently allow modifying ability cast time/range or letting players use the Blaster while casting - so I had to essentially recreate the ability from scratch. Please keep in mind that it uses a bunch of really ugly workarounds. Also it makes no sound.

Resurrect:

  • no longer impairs movement
  • no longer disables weapons and abilities
  • cast time increased to 5 seconds
