Wrecking Ball: Piledriver ability doesn't give ultimate charge... why?

Hey everyone,

So I’ve been playing Wrecking Ball (I wish they’d call him Hammond lol) on the PTR for a couple of days now, and he’s super fun to play as, but something that really bothers me is that I get ZERO ultimate charge from using “Piledriver”, y’know, the slam ability you do after a swing… is there a reason for this or is it simply something they’ve forgotten about?

There’s a situation of a similar kind with Brigitte, while she’s not a tank, she should get charge for blocking damage with her shield.
Like, Soldier 76 and Mei get charge for healing, despite them not being healers.

Back to the topic, Hammond is a tank, but everyone gets charge for damage, therefore I hope it’s just an oversight from the developers.
