The CD for Zaryas bubbles is too low, I see it constantly be spammed and it feels like it’s always off CD.
That’s because she has 2 and can cycle them. Pressure her into using both Bubbles quickly on herself or Teammates, then gun her down whilst you have ~10 Seconds before her next Bubble.
DO NOT shoot her Bubbles unless she is about to die, take the time to Reload so you don’t give her Charge, otherwise gunning her down will be MUCH Harder if she can gun you down just as easily, if not better.

same thing with dva skill wich removes every single projectile. one could say its way too short
Zarya is easier to kill than dva if people stop shooting at the bubbles. Get the supports first and the tank will fall.
Dva’s matrix has been nerfed at least twice through her entire existence. The range has been shortened and the available duration has also been decreased.
Zarya’s bubble duration has also been decreased and the cooldown lenghtened.
The cooldown for a bubble is 10 seconds and a good zarya knows how to juggle the two to make the most of them. If she uses both, she is as good as dead if 2 people shoot her.

Well if you just spend 1 minute in the training range, you’ll see that she can’t spam bubbles by far. Of all the tanks CD’s, her CD’s are probably one of the easiest to deal with.
