I think Zenyatta needs a little buff towards its healing orb. I think it doesn’t heal enough, imo. But I think buffing the healing rate of the orb would be broken on someone like Tracer. So I had an idea that Zenyatta Healing Orb should scale with how much Maximum health someone has. There’s two options on how we can calculate the healing rate.
Option 1: Old healing rate of Zenyatta + extra heal with max HP scaling.
Option 2: The heal of Zenyatta only relies on max HP scaling.
Option 3 : Option 1 or 2 but the healing rate on max HP scaling has diminishing returns the more max HP someone has. So the more max HP someone has, the less its gonna be significant so the difference of the healing rate between 150, 200 and 250 HP would not be as significant than like 400, 450 and 500 HP.
A problem could be that because by example, Roadhog and DVA would have too much of a good healing because of their max HP compare to some other tanks. So the Healing Orb could scale with HP but doesn’t scale over 400 Max HP so all tanks receives increased healing at the same rate. 250Hp heroes that plays riskier than 200Hp heroes would have a little more healing rate making Doomfist and Reaper maybe more viable. This is just an idea, I just wanted to give some examples to how we could balance it but I think it is a good idea because I think Zenyatta isn’t viable enough imo, but I am only a Diamond player and I never see him getting picked on Diamond and lower but it may be different on higher elos so please don’t send a Bitcoin hitman at my home /jk.
