I played a few games during Starcraft 2 9th anniversary but I did not get the 9 Fine Years achievement for it.
I also have not gotten the Acheivement for buying a Starcraft 2 campaign before the 4.0 Patch called StarCraft II Veteran. Even though I have bought all my campaigns before that Patch and and played them before it.
Yup I think there are some bugs with the achievements when you haven’t played the game for a while.
I recently get back into sc2 but i saw that it showed a lot of the WoL campaign achievements as incomplete, even though I got most of them years ago. They even show as complete on my profile on the sc2 website. Even when I tried to earn them again it just wouldn’t mark them as complete.
I did however get the anniversary achievement after playing a simple melee game against AI.
