I am having a constant issue where my active hotkey profile keeps resetting to standard, and i lose all the settings, and i have to make the adjustments every time.
I play in a gaming center where the settings of any PC will reset to the default original image where everything is standard after each reboot, which i understand will reset and erase all the saved hotkey layouts, however as stated in the game the active layout should be stored online and would work on any computer which should technically work in this situation.
Here is little more details to try and reproduce the issue but might not be relevant:
I use the grid hotkey layout where i create a new profile:
Changes made : Camera locations assigning keys, select all army hotkey and idle worker hotkey and voice chat command hotkey. mouse buttons are used.
the question here is? are there hidden steps to make sure the layout is saved online (like exiting the game instead of pressing alt f4) since the the game might do the upload at a certain time when the game exits? or are there any other settings that should be enabled/disabled to make sure the feature works.
I am willing to provide all the details required to reproduce the issue and fix the bug if its specific to some keys or a certain layout (which shouldnt be a problem since its a file that is stored and recalled online and it doesnt make any difference of the contents) but might be that the game doesnt do the upload operation in certain situations due to some bug.
