America Asia server CO-OP Raynor capped at level 5 , same for Kerrigan and Artanis

Any news on this topic? I have the same problem in my account since a few days. Don’t know why and don’t know how to remove the cap. Anybody knows more?

also eu server… for the so many time
it’s a known issue and blizzard claim they don’t know the source of the issue.

it s probably a failed attempt into letting players buy heroes
