Announcers Locked Even Though Bought

As title says, bought Swann, Kerrigan, Raynor, Artanis, Alarak and Abathur announcers but when I open the game, they are still locked. WTH? I got charged for it and everything, have the receipts.

And same thing for the Forged skins for the Protoss and the Simulant skins for the Zerg. Bought the War Chest bundles, paid for it and nothing. Seriously, WTH?

Usually paid products disappearing means that there was an issue with the payment before it was fully processed. We can’t discuss payment issues on the forums, but if you open a Ticket, it’ll be looked into Contact Support - Blizzard Support
