guarantee the issue is not down to lategame.
Mechanics cover everything from bronze to tier1 masters on all races.
However, asking how you beat skytoss is a gaslighting question because everything anyone says will lead to an argument about how it’s impossible when it’s clearly not given the current level of GM play vs protoss.
Since you’re in diamond, I’m sure you watch enough starcraft to know how to deal with it and are incapable of doing that and therefore blame the race matchup for your inability to do what needs to be done at the very least in order to get into and survive the lategame let alone win.
Skytoss takes a while and costs a lot of ressources
As a Zerg you can afford to be more aggressive than them. Expand fast,prevent them from ever taking a third,and don’t give them time to sit back and relax. Force them to build gateways unit to survive,and cripple their economy
I don’t disagree with the last comment in its entirety, but I would suggest that without a replay or two which depict your issue in lategame, without an early to midgame failing, there is no chance of anyone, even if us, being able to help you get to lategame with an advantage, let alone win the game.
just make void ray u can just kill roach and ravager withour problem
if u are playing against a skytoss player that turtle i just recommend u to go up to 90plus drone and have queen for the early game defence and have hydra for mid game
when u hit 90 drone plus u can start thorwing stuff at his face when u have a bank like corruptor brood lord viper(but i dont really like brood lord)
ur main goal is to not let protoss reach 5base and not take bad fight if u can
u can also use the drone to make turn into spores
(remember to get upgrades u dummy)
