BeastyQT is a well known RANDOM Player and suggested some Changes to keep Terran up with the economy of the other races. To compensate, he also changed some other stuff, like STIM to 200 seconds, Mules mine less and so on.
He also changed ALL THE OTHER RACES. The Mod is called
“Beastyqt’s Balance Mod” and executed by Photoloss. You can find all the changes in the Patch notes.
This is REALLY EXCITING. Consider at least listening to him.
