I can’t connect to the Europe server, which doesn’t allow me to play coop games online services etc, but it does allow me to connect to the Asia and America’s server. My internet connection is good. Thus being able to connect to other servers.

I think 3 days is enough time to communicate to players what is the estimated time needed to fix the issue.
Is this kind of approach to a paying customer a standard Blizzard thing?
I have the same problem as described above, after reading the troubleshooting people did, i have a theory that part of player database went down and Blizzard is incopetent to resotre it, or they are introducing new banbot that took shotgun to playerbase and they didn’t manage to unscrew it yet.
