Can't connect to Battle.net services

I recently had a hardware issue with my PC (my SSD drive was replaced, where the game was installed), and had Windows 10 installed, so I had to completely install the game.

The battle.net app works fine, but when I launch the game, it says ‘‘cannot connect to battle.net/Blizzard services’’, I try to log with my email and password, but it doesn’t work, and it says it’s down for maintenance.
Also, in the ‘‘region’’ bar, it says ‘‘XX-07’’, not America, Europe or Asia.

Do you know what’s wrong?

Hello ZERGB,

This is usually caused by the PTR, deleting the StarCraft II Public Test.exe should do the trick. Else, delete and reinstall the game.
