"Can't connect to Blizzard services"

For the past 3-4 days whenever I launch SC2 it takes me to the log-in screen and gives me a popup which is titled “Can’t connect to Blizzard services”. If click past this and attempt to log-in nothing happens, no feedback at all, though the game doesn’t crash. I do not believe my internet is an issue as I can play Heroes of the Storm and games on other platforms just fine.

I have tried a few different things to fix this such as:
Reinstalling SC2
Reinstalling Battle net
Changing my continent on both Battle net and the log-in screen individually and together.
How do I fix this problem?

Good morning CheekiBreeki,

I suggest you go through these steps here to get this sorted.

Kind regards

What’s your opinion?

I have tried all of this methods however none of them have fixed the problem, what should I do now?

Run the WinMTR test and paste the result here.

Hello CheekiBreeki,

As Raxr suggested, could you please run aWinMTR and post the result here?

Kind regards

Hello again,

You are losing data right in the connection to your router as you can see below and it is most likely the reason for your issue. Do you connect via cable or WiFi? If on WiFi please try a cable connection, if on cable, please try and replace the cabel because it might be broken. You should also Power Cycle your devices.

Kind regards
