I have tried numerously now, following all your guides and support posts to install SC2.
I keep getting the same issue tin that “We couldn’t access a folder, this is usually because you are not logged in as an administrator”.
I am logged in as an admin. I have deleted and reinstalled the battle.net client, cleared all the folders from my drive, deleted all references to Blizzard, SC2 and Battle.net from the registry and get the same issue. I have installed the client to different drives without any success.
It only happens when trying to install SC2. When i install Hearthstone, MW or any other game in my library, i have no issues.

Sorry to hear that you have been running into issues getting sc2 installed. By any chance do you have your Documents Folder syncing to One Drive? This could be the issue you are seeing.
Similarly, do you experience the issue under a new administrator account?
