Hello
From few days I got a serious issue with StarCraf 2 (but this same problem occurs in other battlenet games), i can’t play online sessions, because it dissconnect me from sessions (after matchmaching found one) with error:
“A problem occured while connection to the game. Please try again later.”
And on chat shows a message:
You cannot enter the matchmaking queue because your status has been locked.
I’ve tried everything what came to my mind:
-
Restart the game
-
Restart the pc
-
Hard reset the internet connection in modem
-
Reinstall the game
-
Reinstall the motherboard drivers for LAN device (Gigabyte)
-
Updated Windows 11
-
Check the enabled/blocked ports in Firewall
-
Disable the Windows Firewall
-
Disable the Avast Firewall
-
Add game to open ports in firewall
-
Reinstall the Battlenet
-
Uninstall Avast
-
Check if the ports which are used by Battlenet games are opened/closed
-
Change DNS for 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4
-
Disable IPv6 protocol and work on IPv4
-
Clear the Battlenet cache from folders in Windows
-
Check/repair game files in Battlenet
-
Check location options in Windows
-
Change the region in battlenet account
Only thing which helps is when I enable VPN, that allows me play without problem. But this is not a solution, because VPN make lag in game.
i don’t get it what happened. Never had similar problem and I didn’t do nothing which may interfere with the problem. Didn’t install any drivers, didn’t allow to update software drivers on my machine.
VPN is off - sessions won’t run
VPN is on - everything run without a problem.
I’ve tried look for a solution, there is plenty similar problems on internet, but for most people is a temporary problem, when they restart a game - problem solved. And my casse is seems beyond that.
Can anyone help me with this? Playing on VPN is annoying and lagging.
