Can't play Heart Of The Swarm in Offline Mode

Hi its me again How did you started to play Heart Of The Swarm Offline Unnavailable offline.How to fix this?

Sorry m8 there is no offline mode as it’s blizzard and requires an internet connection

Enter UTorrent and enter Starcraft2 Trilogy Offline,and download sc2 trilogy offline.
