Cant start game

so jsut reinstalled th egame and everytime i click play it gives damaged files error scan and repair does nothing updating does nothing redownloading/restarting computer/battle.net does nothing

report id:00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000

anyone else having this problem or have a workaround? just want to play campaigns again
