Seeing as the forum sent me to the US version the last time for some reason let me post this on the region where I actually play:
The commander Alarak has been stuck at level 5 since February when I bought him. I have not had this issue with any other commander, only Alarak.
Until now I have done the following: I waited for the problem to solve itself as advised by your support team, I reinstalled SC2, I reinstalled Battlenet, I reinstalled my entire OS, I cleared every cache imaginable, I tried playing on different PCs, I logged in and out of every region, I turned the authenticator off and back on, I jumped through every little hoop that was put in front of me by scouring years of this forum, and no solution was put forth - I still can’t play the commander I paid for. I even offered to buy him AGAIN, just in case that might fix it, but I can’t even get that option.
All I was advised to do is wait on this forum, but on the US side all that happened was that the thread was locked after a month of no comments on it.
Please fix the product you took money for.
