Hey all, recently ‘last few days’ when I try to play a Custom game for practice, it has started popping up an annoying message telling me that it is ‘Attempting to Reconnect’, with the only option being to either wait it out, or ‘Surrender’ the game.
This typically last for between 5 - 10 seconds before returning me to the game, but it never happened before, and is confusing me. It is constant, and will happen several times within a single match.
I am fairly certain that my WiFi connection is working properly, as no other internet based applications have the same issues, so I am confused by this, and hoping for some instructions to correct whatever is causing this please…

PS. I am using a Macintosh computer, but Blizzard / Battle.net games have always worked smoothly before

This would be solely a connection quality issue in most cases. Are you able to test if this occurs on a cabled connection? Likewise, please try turning off your router for 2-3 minutes then restarting it.
If the issue persists, please get back to us with a traceroute
I also gets this constantly lately, and I know its not my internet connection aswell. Around 5-6 minutes of play, it freezes and says : Attempting to reconnect. Only option I got is, Surrender?? Ive lost 6 games of ranked because of this in the past 2 days …
I have the same issues as well for a past few months, some days it happens multi times a day and some I have no issues. I play a lot of Tower Defenses, Tug of War and Co-op games. It is extremely annoying when my partner is left alone when I got to surrender. It happens with her as well, never together, always one.
At least you guys can get in the game. I installed WoW last night and its been “attempting to reconnect” to Sc2 ever since… cant even get into the game. Must be my internet connection (thinking)
