Constant high ping

Any online game, even against AI, my ping consistently goes from 0 to 500 - 600 ping even though I have average of 40-80 in any other game, including other blizzard games.

Any thoughts?

Your trace seems incomplete or cut, even though you constantly lose 2% of data packets, it would be better to see the whole WinMTR trace, follow this guide

If you are still getting a “No response from host” to the very first hop, I suggest you to check for updated motherboard drivers and/or network card drivers. Also, check with your ISP if your router/modem needs a firmware update or a complete replacement.
