Endless loading

Hello,
Since 1 month, I had the issue of endless loading.
So I used run this command to make it works:
ipconfig /release & ping -n 2 127.0.0.1 & ipconfig /renew

Since yesterday, when I run the script I have an error
F2C56ACC-E991-40E0-AEAA-E546EB34C9F4

And I can’t run it at all.
I have AMD graphic card with latest drivers.
I cleaned programData, I try to repair…
Nothing helped

Please help me!

Thanks for the error code. The game is crashing because it lost its connection when trying to download some data. This is caused by your command.

You’re not supposed to use this command everytime to access the game. You probably have some underlying connection issue on your computer. If not done yet, please perform the manipulations of this following article :

If it persists, we’ll need your MSinfo and a MTR test. You can post them here using the preformatted text for a better visibility. If it doesn’t fit, you can host the files on an external site such as Pastebin then provide the URL here, also in a preformatted text. Else, you can just submit a ticket with the files attached.

I have same issue and I found the solution for now:

  1. launch battlenet . net launcher
  2. chose starcraft.
  3. discconnect from internet (or by disabling network card, or by disconnection wifi, or by pluging out the network cable)
  4. launch starcraft 2 from launcher
  5. reconnect to internet.
  6. enter you credential in starcraft 2 iteself (pick the right region).

P.S.
By writing this post I got sms from blizzard, that my account has been locked.
So I entered to check it and everything was fine.
Then my game started to work without these steps.

Try checking your accound page from browser.
