F2P Coop commanders capped at level 5

After an update, my F2P Coop commanders (Raynor, Kerrigan, and Artanis) are capped at level 5.

Same for me. Stuck in level 5 without a fix. so annoying.

I am having the same problem. Jimmy, Kerrigan, and Artanis are capped at level 5.
I heard that this problem came before, still not sure how they fixed it before.

Edit: Somehow after sleeping, my levels for Jimmy, Kerrigan, and Artanis are back. Not sure how, but cool.
