Free comanders are stuck with lvl 5, again, as I see there old topics about same problem. Looks like it happend with the latest patch.

Hello, I have the same issue. I play with free commanders, and already reached max level. Since yesterday they are stuck at level 5. Please fix this issue, thank you. :smiley:

Same here. All 3 of them. Raynor, Kerry and Arty. First thought visual issue but it is real when I played at Coop. The rest of the commanders are fine for me.

This problem is being solved in 3 ways
1st “Wait-man” : Just wait 1-2 weeks
2st “Season Wait-man” : Just wait to next season
3rd “Programer” need to do:

  1. Delete the game and the app;
  2. Press Windows key + R and enter "%programdata%";
  3. Delete all folders Battle.net , also delete the StarCraft folder in the documents;
  4. Install the game and the app;
  5. At the first launch, wait for the additional files to be fully downloaded.

That won’t help.

It’s a problem with the servers where players’ data is saved.

I have been having this problem for about a year on 4 characters, I have tried all the suggested solutions but the problem still persists. The situation is left to its fate.
