Still not working. They suggest they’ve fixed it and I should go back and check again, but it’s been three days and no change.
Can’t believe they gotta keep pinning this thread every single scheduled maintenance, even though it’s 2 years old…
Same here. Been a few days now. Unfortunate, but I’m assuming that the SC2 team is now all but nonexistent.
same here …this kind of thing really stings if the weekend is all you have for gaming i do hope they fix this soon
I have the same issue with the 3 free commanders. Forces people to buy other commanders… crap marketing blizzard.
it’s getting worse every update, more and more people getting the bug, hope devs, no matter how small team is already, would fix it

If you’re seeing your commanders with lower levels than you remember having, this may also be caused by your StarCraft II client losing connection to the servers while you were playing. To resolve, log out of the game and back in.
Co-Op Commanders are also region-specific, so if they’re lower level than you remember, be sure to check you’re logging in to the correct game region, and consider switching to check other regions just in case.
Note: We do not recommend playing Co-Op while your commander levels are displaying incorrectly. Make sure that your commander levels are showing properly before starting this mode.
That doesnt resolve a single thing.
I’m always on EU server, never on NA or Asia. Double checked every day for the past week and a half.
Still all commanders locked at 5 , including the free ones (Raynor, Kerrigan, Artanis). For my usual gameplay, Raynor was lvl 15 prestige 3 , Kerrigan lvl 15 prestige 3 , Artanis lvl 15 prestige 1 , Fenix lvl 15 prestige 3.
The only one showing his ‘real’ level is Fenix. Every single other shows as lvl 5. Logging out and checking regions didn’t fix a [bleep] thing. Been checking for almost two weeks now on a daily basis, and NOTHING changes after changing server/region/logout/login or anything.

Same here, Raynor with prestige 5+, kerigan and artanis capped at level 5
Happened to me to i had Raynor at level 7 and Nova got her to 5 and then Raynor turned down to five
This is the third time this has happened this year.
Raynor and Kerrigan are both locked at lvl 5 again.
This is an ongoing issue whenever the game is updated it seems.
Can Blizzard please resolve as I will not be purchasing any extra characters when the progression system is fundamentally broken.
