So I start up the game it loads up fine but when it gets to the main menu it moves a little bit but then completely freezes the sound is playing normally but I am unable to tab out or shut down the programme I have to turn off and on my pc to get out of it it works normally if I go into game settings on the battle.net app and reset in game settings but I have to do this every time I want to play I have changed setting and have uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing has worked
