I have been playing the game on and off for years now. However, lately I am experiencing some stuttering although having a rather decent machine (Ryzen 9, 3900x, Radeon RX 580, 96 GB RAM, Windows 11). The game hangs for a splitsecond every few seconds while reporting 3 digit FPS (200-300). It does not seem to be a network issue (around 20 ms) as it also happens when playing vs AI. Watching replays works flawlessly. Playing around with settings did not help, the suttering stays. Here is a short video showcasing the suttering: https://youtu.be/sreIEigeL1E
