HELP game crashes after log in on Europe on American servers

I have problem with launching starcraft 2 on this account Winheart#2426:
When I open it and wait until the authentication-game crushes and says:
Files in your Starcraft 2 installation are damaged. Report id: 526111D6-3C28-4B4C-91BF-DEC620DC1FC9

But when I open game on another account HaT#21568 game works okay

I tried to open game on Korien servers and game launches but I have really high ping and I want to play on Europe

The same thing here, I want to play on the EU server again, I also get a similar error code

I had a break for 2 years and now I want to play again.

I’ve already done everything that was written in other forums and now I’m at a loss
