Trying to buy skins. No matter which I try to purchase, clicking “Buy Now” opens a blue dialog box filling half the screen, which displays a loading timer for less than a second. This timer vanishes, leaving a blank blue box.
I bought a warchest through the website, which works fine, so I know items can be equipped. But buying items in-game is impossible. My attitude to SC2 is very much “shut up and take my money” at the moment, so I hope this is fixable

I’ve tried all the steps (at length), still exactly the same problem.
Is there any way to buy unit skins from the website? I had no problem buying the Warchest whatsoever, adding XP to it, or equipping skins I unlocked, which show in-game as intended. I just can’t buy ANYTHING in-game, which means none of the skins I want.

As this is an old post I will be locking this. However we’ve seen some players with Razer apps experiencing such issues if they are missing some updates. Double check for these and hit us up in a thread of your own if you still have issues. ^^
