So after 7 days Blizzard have now fixed the bug. They have now come out and extended the war chest bonus by 10 days, to make up for the ‘lost’ exp gained in that time. But why didn’t anyone from the technical department post on the forums in that time?? Why didn’t anyone let us know that playing coop wouldn’t let your exp build up? A lot of people got excited about the double stim bonus, played more than normal to take advantage of it and now all of that gameplay has been lost! All it would have taken is a simple statement from blizz ‘hey guys yeah we know about the bug, if you play coop at this time you wont gain any exp, we’re aware of the problem and are trying to fix it.’
Instead complete silence. They are now releasing the Christmas bonus early. This is NO consolation for those of us who have been playing coop and have LOST all the exp points we’ve gained in that time. I have lost 4 days of gameplay! Clearly NOTHING more is going to get done on this issue. Once again Blizzard offers a new product, takes your money and then doesn’t deliver.
