My problem its the same as these threads:
The solution was disabling MSI afterburner, that i actually got to monitor this problem. Its instalation didn’t afected my FPS.
I start the game with 60-70 FPS, doesn’t really matter if i am on Hight or ultra settings, and whille the game goes on the FPS goes as low as 20FPS. The GPU is always at around 30% usage, and the CPU its never at 100%.
I know my systhem is old, but it fits the minumum requirements.
