Player killing allies repeatedly. Been doing it past 3 days

Please fix it. He just decides to attack teammate at somepoint thus suicide the mission. He just keeps doing it.
And to clarify… WHY can he join my lobby if he is blocked?!
How can I solve this situation if you allow him to join my lobby?

Hey I have the problem have u blocked him on your end as blizzard can’t block anyone unless it goes against there standards
