Problem with Skins from Trophy Fund 2019

I found a problem in my acc with using of purchased skins of a Terran race from a new WCS StarCraft 2 World Championship 2019 Series (Blizzcon 2019)
I did all stages till “Thor” and all skins works good, except a “Widow mine” skin, that can’t be used because it’s locked even after finishing all required conditions.

I have required exp points 300.\300. but skin is locked. Even “Thor” skin works good. But the Widow Mine is locked.
(Sad that I can’t add screens here, forum doesnt allow me to do this)

We are aware of this issue, and you are right, this is a verified bug which we are looking into getting it fixed.
