Hello, I want to ask how to get a portrait that is no longer available?

I very want to get a portrait of my country, out of “the Nation Wars VI”, but now it’s impossible to get that portrait. Maybe there are options for obtaining a portrait, “Nation Wars Ukraine”, now?

I think it is impossible, these kind of portraits are just temporary achievable
