Request for assistance: Swann cannot be purchased or used in co-op mode

Dear Blizzard Support,

I am experiencing an issue in StarCraft II where I am unable to purchase or otherwise access the co-op commander Swann. I currently have him capped at level 5, but he does not appear in my available commanders, nor do I see him listed in the Battle.net shop.

Additionally, I have noticed that the number of available co-op commanders in the Battle.net store seems unusually limited. It is unclear whether this is a temporary issue or a change in the platform, but I would appreciate clarification.

Could you please look into this and let me know how I can regain access to Swann, or if this is a known issue?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Kind regards,

Ferdinando

I know this is a bit late, but,

As for the web shop, that’s normal. Swann, Zagara, Vorazun and Karax are only available in the Campaign bundle. Hence, they are missing from the commander section.

As for the in-game shop, those four are supposed to be purchasable independently, but it often bugs out and doesn’t offer them. It’s been that way for very long time.
