SC2 doesn't open macOS 10.15.5 Beta (19F72f)

My macOS updated to 10.15.5 (19F72f) yesterday, and now when i click “Play” on SC2 the icon in the dock just bounces 2 times, and closes.
It’s probably something with the OS version and SC2 not compatible. How can I force to run it? I cannot downgrade my OS :frowning:

We’re not able to support an OS Beta until it’s been fully released in these kinds of cases.

You’d be best to report the issue to Apple through their Beta feedback options, this is likely just a Beta issue though and until our teams have access to the OS we won’t know if there will be any known issues.

I have encountered the same issue. Sadly enough, I did not realize this was a Beta patch. I have sent this up to Apple through their feedback options and I hope this can be resolved soon. I appreciate anything Starcraft 2 Support can do to help with the situation. If there are any other updates, it might be best to continue to update the thread.

However, it could just be because the OS is in Beta, quite often there are testing features in the OS Beta, that get changed regularly (much like a game Beta!) so we can’t consistently troubleshoot and issue as things can change. For now you may just want to wait, and make sure to feedback the issue from your Beta testing.
