Softwares like wtfast are allowed?

Hi, im a caster and i produce broadcasts for important blizard tournaments. Its very common to games in far servers and sometimes i have big spikes because of that. Softwares like that promisses to optimizes the route. I have no power on that matter since my provider creates the routes (and every game is a diferent one). Im having dificulties making this software run i i wonder if blizzard it self blocked that for starcraft 2.

Can some one explain taht to me please?

Blizzard does not support the use of proxies, but we do understand that at times they can help out when dealing with connectivity issues.
