Hello,
This has been an ongoing issue with Starcraft 2 for the last year or so now, when ever I try and ladder 1v1, the game will find a player, go to the loading screen, my loading bar will get to about 90% and then freeze for about 5 seconds, before crashing to desktop.
When I get to desktop an error comes up stating;
An unexpected fatal error occurred.

When I get back into the game, I’m locked out of match making because my status has been locked. And this is a loop. The crashes to desktop at the loading screen seem entirely random.
I’ve reported this crash every time it comes up, but nothing seems to change and I still get crashes.
I’m running on a 2023 MacBook Pro, M3 Pro chip, 18gb of memory and currently running macOS Tahoe 26.0, however this has happened across previous versions of macOS.
I should add, that sometimes it counts as a loss on my match history, other times there is no record of the game on my match-history at all.
