I click on Launch and a box pops open providing a error code like this, 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000. I have tried the scan and repair function a few times as well as uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice. I have updated all my drivers that I can think of.
The most common reason for Starcraft II not launching, is backup software accessing the game’s Settings files, which are saved in your Documents folder. To stop that from happening:
- Go to Documents > Starcraft II
- Right click on Variables.txt
- Select “Always keep on this device”
