Starcraft crashed on startup

Hello!
The game keeps crashing every time on startup with “An unexpected fatal error occurred.”
My log — https:// pastebin. com/6TK5iyAx
I updated everything that I can in system — audio, video, chipset, etc. drivers.
Can’t play for a long time because of these crashes.

Okay a couple of ideas here!

  1. Move your game from the F: drive to the C: drive.
  2. Launch the game with the SC2Switcher_x64.exe and not through the app (though do run the app to keep the game up to date).
  3. Use SC2 in Windowed mode.

One thing we couldn’t see in the file was if you have a 32 bit OS, which could also be causing this.

If the issue persists, please upload your system files to pastebin.com and reply with the links to the files using the preformatted text option to encapsulate the links.

Hello!
Thanks for the advice but nothing of that didn’t help.
There is system info and I’m using x64

  1. msinfo https:// pastebin. com/SxWYgSVu
  2. dxdiag https:// pastebin. com/ixAq4mXr

Sorry for the late reply here.

Looking at your system files you have a lot of Background programs running that could be causing the issue.

For example you may want to make sure you have exited your qbittorrent, Tor browser and Team Viewer.

Should that not help then run through the steps here: Closing Background Applications - Blizzard Support

And see if you get any improvements.

Thanks for your reply.
I tried to exit some background programs and services but Starcraft still crashes on startup.
Also, I forgot to upload logs https:// pastebin. com/z7ppZPAH

So the pastebin has provided the answer :D. It seems your Starcraft Settings are in your OneDrive for some reason, so follow the steps from here, this will help you.

I don’t think this is the main problem because I can provide you logs of the crash while my Documents folder is under default path

From the crash though it was trying to use OneDrive, so perhaps you may want to exit/shut down OneDrive too and see how that goes. If you didn’t already.

Here we go again

Okay let’s try this step first, Exit Battle.net then do the following things:

  1. Press windows key + R > Type %programdata% > Click OK > Delete the Battle.net and Blizzard Entertainment folders

  2. Press windows key + R > Type %appdata% > Click OK > Delete the Battle.net folder

  3. Press windows key + R > Type %localappdata% > Click OK > Delete the battle.net and Blizzard Entertainment folders

Should that not work here then you may need to Reinstall SC2 to fix the crash.

You also may need to look if you Security Software is preventing the game from running.

Reinstall did not help me but 5.0.3 patch did! Thanks for help.
