StarCraft II: Campaign Collection Digital Deluxe goodies

I bought StarCraft II: Campaign Collection Digital Deluxe but not received any of the goodies. No card back for Hearthstone and nothing for Diablo 3 (Pet, wings and banner)

I have already logged out and in from Battle.net and reinstalled Starcraft, Hearthstone and Diablo 3. But still no goodies. Is there something i must do to claim the goodies?
