if it appears loading window like me recently, I have to wait exactly 3 min then the game will start. I hope this solution will help anyone there until this issue gets solved.
same issues… undetected graphics device. all other games work though. i had a recent win 10 update. game runs if you try windowed mode or resolutions not higher than 1920 x 1080
nothing sc2 related works since the new patch, i doubt it has anything to do with you getting win10. all other games run without issue.can someone pls tell the sc2 dev team they need to hotfix this mess. It is most likely on your end not on our end mr blizzard.

i posted my issue here because of the title. I got the official SC2 patch way before my win10 update and it was fine then.
Closing this old topic as the new issue is unrelated to the old August 2019 Windows updates.
