Start SC2 -> Black screen -> crash (for over 1 month)

Installed and repaired the third time.
I always get different error codes. (This is happening for over 1 Month now.)

It would be nice to know why this is happening, or
what files are missing or outdated.

Where can i edit the resolution for the game manually? (please give me the path and information to edit it manual)

What did the Blizzard developers changed?

I can start “Warcraft 3, Diablo2, Diablo 1, Starcraft” (old cd version) with no errors, but not the new SC2
