Hi,
When I load the game, directly go to Custom and then “Melee”. Select a map and click “Create Lobby” I get stuck forever in “Entering Lobby”.
Could you please advise?

Ever found a solution to this? Just started sc2 few days ago and I want to work on my macro before going into 1v1 but I cannot get into custom lobbies.

I am having the same problem and I found old posts here with the same problem that Blizzard never responded to so I guess we are SOL. I want to practice and get back into multiplayer as well.
problem still here. blizzard as always cant even do a thing right. imbeciles
I am still having this issue months later… I reinstalled and changed my region with no success…its a simple melee + some AI vs other AI that I am looking for vs the current 1 vs AI random nonsense. . .
please fix this blizz…
Had the same issue. Tried everything, until I saw the same issue discussed on some Reddit post.
The solution there was in the Windows Defender Firewall setting (for Win 10 and later).
It stated that in the Firewall setting where you can see all the programs / Apps that can bypass the Firewall (that you allowed to), search for Starcraft 2. All Apps would have a Private and Public setting. I think the Private was disabled, so I enabled it and the Melee games work again.
It was stated that Blizzard uses too many mirror and packet transfers that it causes issues (mostly when a maps is downloaded for the melee).
