Talk about Infestor changes & suggestion

While i think the infested terran changes are a really nice rebalance when you look at the maths, the free neural parasite seems a bit odd since it can shut down valuable units very hard. The BC is getting nerfed already, tho I think it really should not be supposed to jump instantly so a delay is good, tho like 0.7 or 0.8 would be better.

So many complained about the free parasite already, but what if you introduce this additionally: you could reduce the base cost and add an additional cost per second, something like 85+1.7/s, and if you don’t have energy it ends.
i feel like it could add more dynamic to the game and make EMP and feedback (10 and 9 range) more important to introduce more intense micro around these core units.

don’t even need to nerf the NP range since i think it wont have impact anyway. tank range is 13 and effective disruptor range almost 14, but it’d introduce a more clear counter for the possibility to just overtake your army and destroy you.
