same here, can’t log into EU server

Same issue here, cannot connect via the app to any server. And the ingame login doesn’t load the captcha…

thank you for the reply! sucks that this happens just when i get a surge of nostalgia and wanna complete the campaigns again, hopefully it will be back up again before the weekend :slight_smile:

Any update from blizzard, wheter they want to make the game available again at some point?

Day 3 of the same error, was able to get in offline once…but that is really not helpful for most things. Nothing on CS_EU blizz and no resoponse from them either.

Continuning to try and persue help.

Same problem. Will we get informed once the issue is fixed?

I submitted a ticket and they basically said to check the game later with no real reason regarding this issue:

Regarding the issue we have here, I managed to do some steps on my end to refresh your account and remove any possible corruptions that may prevent you from playing the game. You just need to log out from the battle.net client and log back in again and try to open the game.

Our latest update is that this should now be resolved, if someone could give it a try and confirm.

Still same for me. I can log in America but not EU. Gave me an error code and it is 8297C010-80CC-480B-BE65-AB684503E24B

Dont know where to go,(talking about the campaign mode…) i bought wings of liberty and heart of the swarm as a disk long ago. my account says I also bought legacy of the void but I cant recall playing that but now i want to play again and just finished wings of liberty but i cant install the HOTS expansion or LOTV??? redeem code doesnt work it says its already in use, i also have only 1 account so it cant be a different one… anyone who can help??

I have been experiencing this issue all day. Resetting bnet app cache and restarting PC has had no effect. Ive tried logging into EU and KR and neither of those works either.

It"s great to be unable to play solo campaign because Blizzard won’t commint enought to support sc2… what a scam

Can’t even log to play solo campaign because it keep saying the thing is unable to authenticate. its so frustrating.

All servers a down apperently just tried connecting the EU, US and KR servers.

Edit: EU servers are back online 19/03

having same issue can only login to EU account
