Whenever i hit play I get an error

Whenever I start up the game starcraft (other games are unaffected) i get the application encountered an unexpected error Report ID 948307C9-EAB3-4584-AA6F-2AC8EC53507E

I don’t know why it does this and I’ve tried other methods to resolve the problem such as deleting and reinstalling the game as well as battle.net
