Hello, I just logged in after the update.

The game says: Play one ranked match to be placed in a new division for this season
As is usual in a new season, and after clicking the 1v1 ranked button I get this message in the chat:
You cannot enter this matchmaking queue because you do not meet the requirements
I am playing the free to play version … I have a license somewhere in my parents house, but I do not even live in the same country anymore and did not bother to get it.
I can play vs. A.I. and for unranked games, I get into the queue, but I either insta-win or insta-loose … seemingly in a random fashion.
I am only plat … so I can train my macro also vs A.I. … but it is not as much fun.
Ah this happens both on US and EU server, I did not try the others … anything else I can try?

+1 in 3v3 and 4v4 matches (EU)
Same, and the textures are broken. Cant go down some ramps in unranked. In the americas login they say they have disabled the matchmaking due to issues. Prob the same in EU. Wish to get some info from blizzard, though.

They announced in the battle.net desktop app, that they are investigating and disabling 1v1 matchmaking.
Same here… Blizzard wtf is going on… please keep us informed your Twitter accounts are full of advertisments for a patch that we can’t play. Not cool.

Apparently they’ve disabled 1v1 on the American servers, but on the EU (and other) servers you can still try to start 1v1 games, but they just refuse to start (ranked) or end in immediate win or defeat (unranked).
same here, and when I match an unranked 4vs4 it crashes when the game starts
