I hope these problems are due to the upcoming soft relaunch of Warcraft 3 Reforged, rather than team incompetence. If that’s the case, the developers’ silence would be justified.
Silence would never be justified, and I think you’re right about the relaunch. They may not want to spend resources fixing this issue. Instead, they might want to focus on the new launch and publish a major version (2.0.0) with fixes. They probably don’t want to say, “Wait until X date; we’ll launch our big improvements,” but staying silent will only make people angrier.

I hope Blizzard comes up with a reconnect system and adds a proper ban system that will encourage some players to touch grass more often.
I would forgive them even a month of silence.

I miss the good old days when Blizzard was independent and their support was one of the best in gaming.
But now, I see a horrible act from A/B for all users from the current WC3 base, which one day switched from Windows to Mac.
If the current game doesn’t have an in-game shop with perks, everybody who plays it is a low sort of priority.
In that case, you don’t need to share for that audience any updates.
On the opposite side, the anger of the current community is extending, I don’t have trust in your next products. Activision simply killed your gamer mindset.

I think that is what they are waiting for the next update which I’m assuming it takes awhile to make an update

I hadn’t played Warcraft for 3-4 months before the issue. When I wanted to play, I simply could not because of a broken update on Mac. I do not play other games except Warcraft, so I expect that when I want to play, I will play. The second thing, Blizzard’s ignorance is unprofessional to the players. They could give a formal letter when they fix the patch or what it takes so long to fix the problem. Look, I just want to play in the game, and I do not understand why I cannot.
